Shipping Policy
Unfortunately we only ship to domestic US addresses at the moment.
For single purchase items we would not be able to do so as this would eventually cause us to go out of business. We do offer free shipping for orders over $50.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes! We guarantee a 100% satisfaction or you can return your purchase for a full refund.
Our lifetime warranty does not cover products purchased from any unauthorized resellers (i.e., anyone other than Priority Chef). We appreciate your support in buying directly from us. Our warranty fully covers new items sold and shipped by Priority Chef.
Our warranty only applies to items purchased in new condition. If an item is resold, labeled “open box,” or sold as “used,” it does not qualify for our warranty. However, if you bought a used or refurbished product through Amazon Renewed, they offer their own 90-day warranty - please contact them directly for assistance.
No. Normal wear and tear, or any damage caused by improper use, is excluded from all of our warranties.
Unfortunately no, we will only cover purchases made directly from us via our website, Amazon, Walmart or any other sales channel where PriorityChef is the seller.
We will always need an order number to process any replacement. Email us at support@prioritychef.com with photos of the product and packaging [if you still have it]. It would be great if you could get the order ID from the sender, otherwise please let us know the sender’s name and approx purchase date and we will try and locate the order.
To prevent any potential abuse, we must limit the number of replacements to one. However, do not worry, we will still refund you in the unlikely event that the replacement item still does not work.
