Beat the Heat with Fresh Pineapple Sweet Tea
Summer is quickly approaching. And as the heat rises, it is more likely you will be looking for ways to cool down or better yet beat it. There’s nothing as refreshing as sitting on your porch and drinking a glass of cold sweet tea. If you are tired of your usual sweet tea, then why not kick it up a notch with Pineapple Sweet Tea.
This also works well whenever you have a backyard barbecue party with your family and friends. After all, everyone one loves a good sweet tea, especially if it's hot outside. The thing that I love most about pineapple is that it gives the tea a whole to of flavor and sweetness that you don’t need to add extra sugar. It all depends on your taste. You can even use stevia like I do. In this way, you can enjoy your sweet tea without worrying about the sugar guilt.
Most people that I talk to are quite nervous about slicing a pineapple. But as long as you have a sharp knife, it’s quite easy. Fresh and ripe pineapple is actually quite delicious and fresh. I eat on a frequent basis. I use my sharp Priority Chef Knife to slice delectable slabs of ripe pineapples. And getting the pineapple juice is quite easy too. Just put everything in the blender and then strain to get rid of the pulps. You can set some aside if you want some fresh pulps in your juice.
